Frequently asked

Jetmates frequently asked questions

What is Jetmates?

Jetmates is an invite-only private aviation coordination platform for verified travelers, trusted hubs, and aviation-side partners.

How does the Jetmates model actually work?

A lead traveler, concierge, or hub administrator creates a structured trip request with route, timing, passenger count, and flexibility. Approved broker/operator partners review the request and return quotes; certified aviation-side partners handle flight execution. Jetmates gives the group one private place to coordinate seat participation, quote review, payment status, passenger details, and trip communication. It is not anonymous ride sharing; it is controlled coordination for people who already belong in the same trusted context. Jetmates itself is the software and coordination layer and does not operate aircraft.

Does Jetmates operate aircraft?

No. Jetmates does not operate aircraft. Aviation execution belongs to certified operators and approved aviation-side partners under the applicable agreement.

Who is Jetmates for?

Jetmates is for verified private travelers, trusted groups, hub partners, and aviation-side partners who need structured private aviation coordination.

Is Jetmates open to everyone?

The launch posture is controlled and invite-only. Broader access should wait until operations, legal language, and partner coverage are ready.
